SHIPPING INFORMATION

As a small design brand, we produce in limited runs to maintain quality and reduce excess. At times, items may be available on pre-order, meaning your item is either in production or part of an incoming shipment. This will be communicated on the product page above the 'Add to Cart' button with estimated dispatch dates. 

  • In Stock - Designs are in stock at our Sydney warehouse and available to be dispatched to delivery partners.

  • Ships ______ - Designs are available on an incoming shipment and dispatch will take place within the estimated window shown on the product page.

 

DELIVERY INFORMATION

At Ineshi, we’re committed to getting your order to you quickly and smoothly, so we work closely with trusted third party carriers who share our commitment to excellence. 

Delivery time frames vary depending on product availability, order size, and location. Our priority is to get your order to you as efficiently and reliably as possible.

All orders dispatch from our Sydney warehouse and we cover all shipping costs if your purchase is over $60.

 

DELIVERY SERVICES

We offer a range of delivery options to suit your needs, with Basic Delivery provided as standard at checkout.

For Sydney Metro customers, you also have the option to select a preferred delivery day. To arrange this, simply contact our team at support@ineshi.com.au, after placing your order.

Furniture Items

Basic Delivery (delivered to the main entrance on ground level):

  • Bulkier items may require assistance to your property's ground floor entrance.
  • Does not include: delivery to your room of choice, unpacking, assembly, or rubbish removal.

Small/Non-bulky items

Small items/accessories are delivered by Australia Post or other carriers.

Standard Shipping

  • Free for orders over $60.
  • For orders under $60, a flat rate of $10 applies.

Express Shipping

  • Starting from $10 AUD and capped at $15.

 

DELIVERY TIME FRAMES

Once your full order is in stock, it will be dispatched in 1-2 business days. Delivery times are dependent on each delivery partner, however please see an estimate below: 

Standard Shipping

  • 2-4 business days: Metro NSW, VIC, QLD, ACT and SA
  • 3-6 business days: Metro WA, NT and TAS
  • 5-10+ business days: Rural WA, NT, TAS 

Express Post

  • 1-2 business days: NSW, VIC, QLD and ACT
  • 2-4 business days: SA, WA, NT and TAS

 

CARBON NUETRAL SHIPPING

As part of our committed to sustainability and reducing our carbon footprint, we've pledged to remove carbon dioxide (CO2) from all our orders by supporting cutting-edge companies that remove carbon from the air.

For every order we receive, a formula is used to calculate the estimated shipping emissions. Based on those estimates, a portion of our revenue goes to carbon removal companies that have been vetted by scientists from Carbon Direct. Those companies use that money to remove however much carbon our shipments created. Any extra funds go toward the further development of carbon removal technologies.

By engaging in carbon neutral shipping, we aim to help mitigate the environmental impact of transportation and work towards a more sustainable future.

 

RECEIVING ITEMS

Upon receving your order, inspect items and surroundings upon delivery and report any damage to the item or your property directly to the delivery partner and contact us with photos.

We will respond within 1-2 business days.

We reserve the right to determine if a defect or wear and tear caused a product or component to fail.

Replacement or repair is offered at our discretion and within your consumer rights and guarantees. If an exchange is not possible, we may offer a substitute or full refund, depending on inventory availability. All repair or replacement of item(s) will depend on inventory availability. Ineshi shall not be liable for any consequences (whether direct or indirect) of the delay in the delivery of the goods and no such delay shall entitle the customer to treat this agreement as being repudiated by Ineshi or to any comparison.

 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

We only operate in Australia and don't ship any of our products internationally.
