"The free samples with free shipping is a great way to sample the different stains. It is difficult to determine how they will look in a room from just a photo, so having the chance to test them (especially in different lighting) is great. The only thing that could be improved would be delivery information. The samples are delivered via mail, not with packages. This meant there was no updated information on delivery who can I was expecting. Nevertheless, customer service quickly responded and cleared up any confusion."
